a decent stay
shuttle service private beach
i enjoyed that the room came with a complimentary shuttle service to a big mall, very convenient! there was also access to a private beach, i spent a lot of time there. the beach was very clean and well-kept, that was a huge plus for me.
i wish i had known about it beforehand, it definitely affected my ability to relax. the breakfast was also repetitive, it was the same options every single day.

I found several great things about this location. The private beach access was very convenient. The free shuttle to a large mall was very helpful. The staff were very friendly. They accommodated my request for a room with a sea view and an early check-in.

complimentary sunscreen tasty options
i had such a nice time here. the hotel offers complimentary sunscreen and water at both the pool and beach. this was a really considerate touch. breakfast was amazing!!! it featured many tasty options.

Fantastic beach stay!
early check-in friendly staff accessible water
The staff was cute, providing an early check-in. Sara greeted us every morning with towels. Alisher was always available to help with luggage. I REALLY appreciated that. Room cleaning happened daily, and drinking water was readily accessible from water machines throughout the building.
The small pool area was often overcrowded.

The breakfast area had a relaxing view and offered tasty food with a good variety (the fresh fruit was AMAZING). The restaurant provided both indoor and outdoor seating options. Prices were reasonable for all meals.

The hotel provides a free shuttle to Dubai Mall, very useful for getting around. The hotel features a private beach area, with a relaxing space only. I enjoyed the convenience of the 24/7 supermarket in the hotel.

The room was cleaned daily with good condition and included a nice balcony offering perfect views (especially at night). Drinking water was readily available. It had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
